Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Availability of games: Games available on Swift Casino via svvift.casino are provided by us and by licensed third-party software suppliers. We may add, remove or modify games at any time.
- Placing a Bet: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it is recorded on our servers and appears in your game history. Before confirming a Bet, you must check that the stake, game selection and any applicable settings are correct.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the Game interface. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits by any technical or other means.
- Currency: For UK players, all Bets and Account balances are denominated in pounds sterling (GBP), unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Game Outcomes, Errors and Malfunctions
- Random number generator (RNG): Outcomes of relevant Games are determined by a certified random number generator and/or by live dealer procedures designed to ensure fairness. Independent testing bodies may audit our systems and those of our providers.
- Finality of results: Once a result is confirmed on the server, it is considered final and binding, except in the case of an obvious error, Game malfunction or regulatory requirement to the contrary.
- Malfunctions: In the event of a technical failure or malfunction of a Game, platform or communication system, Bets and payouts may be voided. If a Game is interrupted, the underlying records on our servers will determine the final outcome. We may void affected Bets and refund the original stake to your Account.
- Displayed information: If there is a discrepancy between the information displayed on your screen and the information recorded on our servers, the server records shall prevail. We do not accept liability for display or communication errors, subject to mandatory legal rights.
Conduct, Fair Play and Prohibited Behaviour
- Fair play: You must not use any device, software, algorithm, bot or technique that confers an unfair advantage, including exploiting bugs, colluding with other players, using automated play or engaging in bonus abuse. We may void Bets and close Accounts where unfair play is detected.
- Live casino and chat rules: When using live casino tables or chat features, you must at all times behave respectfully. Insults, threats, harassment, discriminatory language, spamming, advertising or any other inappropriate behaviour are strictly prohibited. We may mute, suspend or close your Account for abusive conduct.
- Fraud and criminal activity: You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, chargeback abuse or use of stolen payment methods. We will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and regulators.
- Responsible gambling: You are encouraged to gamble responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose. We provide tools such as deposit limits, reality checks and self-exclusion, and we participate in the national GAMSTOP self-exclusion scheme for Great Britain. Use of these tools is your responsibility, and further information is available on the Website.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Offer-specific terms: Each Bonus or promotion offered by Swift Casino on svvift.casino is subject to its own specific terms, which are presented with the offer. You must read and agree to those terms before participating.
- Activation: Bonuses may require a qualifying deposit, entry code, opt-in, game play or other action. The conditions for activation, including any minimum deposit, will be clearly stated for each promotion.
- One Bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active Bonus (including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins or other promotional funds) may be held at any one time. New promotions may not be activated while a previous Bonus remains unsettled.
Wagering Requirements and Time Limits
- Wagering requirements: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds and, in some cases, from free spins or other promotional features may not become withdrawable until specified wagering requirements are fulfilled. The number of times you must wager the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount is stated in the relevant offer.
- Contribution of games: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, certain slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution table for each promotion is displayed in its bonus terms.
- Timeframes: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry deadlines (for example, a set number of days from activation). If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it may be removed from your Account.
Betting Restrictions and Prohibited Actions with Bonuses
- Maximum bet limits: When playing with an active Bonus, maximum bet limits per game round or spin may apply and will be stated in the bonus terms. Placing Bets in excess of these limits may be treated as abuse and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
- Prohibited play patterns: Certain play patterns are considered Bonus abuse and are prohibited, such as placing minimal bets to progress through low-variance stages, then dramatically increasing stakes once wagering requirements are nearly met, or using strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit from Bonus Funds.
- Game restrictions: Some Bonuses may exclude specific games (for example, jackpots or particular high-volatility slots). Bets placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering and may result in cancellation of the Bonus.
Combination of Promotions and Cancellation
- No automatic combination: Promotions generally cannot be combined unless we expressly allow it. Attempts to combine multiple promotions, or to claim overlapping offers using multiple Accounts, are prohibited.
- Bonus cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus at any time via customer support, but doing so may result in the loss of the Bonus and any associated winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements.
- Operator discretion: The Operator reserves the right to withhold, withdraw or cancel Bonuses and/or associated winnings in cases of error, abuse or breach of these Terms or promotion-specific rules, subject always to applicable consumer protection laws and regulatory requirements.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Accepted methods: For players in Great Britain, we may accept deposits via debit cards, selected e-wallets, bank transfers and other methods displayed in the cashier section. Credit card use for gambling is prohibited and will not be accepted.
- Cryptocurrency: Although cryptocurrencies are referenced in general industry discussions, Swift Casino via svvift.casino does not currently accept cryptocurrencies for UK players. All deposits must be made using supported fiat payment methods.
- Deposit processing: Deposits are typically processed immediately, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are specified in the cashier. You may also set personal deposit limits as part of our responsible gambling tools.
Withdrawals, Verification and Processing Times
- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for deposit. If this is not feasible, we may offer an alternative method in accordance with regulatory and security requirements.
- Verification requirement: We may require completion of KYC and source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawals. This may include re-confirmation of documents even if they were previously provided, especially where your activity has changed materially.
- Processing times: We aim to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, typically within one to two Business Days, subject to completion of necessary checks. Subsequent processing by your payment provider may add further time.
- Pending withdrawals: We may place withdrawal requests into a pending state while we carry out security checks. In certain cases, we may decline or adjust a withdrawal to comply with legal, regulatory or anti-money laundering requirements.
Fees, Chargebacks and Refunds
- Fees: We generally do not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party providers may impose their own charges, which are outside our control.
- Chargebacks: You agree not to reverse, cancel or charge back any deposits made. If a chargeback occurs, we may recover the amount from your Account balance, suspend or close your Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
- Refunds: Bets that have been accepted and completed are generally non-refundable. If a Bet is voided due to a Game malfunction, technical issue or regulatory reason, we may refund the stake or adjust your balance accordingly. Refunds of Bonuses are handled in line with the applicable bonus terms.
Player Funds Protection
- Segregation of funds: Player funds for Swift Casino are held in segregated accounts separate from the Operator's business funds, providing a level of protection classified by the UK Gambling Commission as "medium" protection.
- Medium protection explanation: "Medium" protection means that arrangements are in place to protect player funds in the event of insolvency, but there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid. Further information on categories of player-fund protection is available from the UK Gambling Commission at gamblingcommission.gov.uk.

- Indirect losses: We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, data or business, even if such losses were reasonably foreseeable or we were advised of the possibility of them.
- Maximum liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you in relation to any Bet, Game or use of the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount of the stake or Bet involved in the dispute; and (b) the amount of funds in your Account at the time the relevant issue arose.
- No exclusion of mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.

Suspension and Termination by the Operator
